The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, near to the square close to the Riad, major sites, and all the main attractions of the city. The breakfast was tasty, they make lots of meals. The location was magnificent and great, for example, a main square was at a short distance from the property.

The double room with a bathroom was ready when we checked in. Having a shower and bath robes was a bonus. - the venue is in a central location, right by Marrakesh, the monuments, and the center of Medina.

As foreign tourists, we loved the comfortable and homely atmosphere of the riad. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location, tucked away in a quiet street, allowed us to relax and unwind after exploring the city. the shuttle service provided by the riad was convenient and affordable, making it easy for us to navigate the city. We also appreciated the authentic Moroccan decor and the opportunity to play traditional Sintirs on the terrace.

the hotel is newly renovated with great attention to detail. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked for it. the location of the hotel was also perfect - close to the souks and restaurants but still very quiet and peaceful. the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of foods and it was served quickly. the smell of incense made the atmosphere very relaxing too. It was also nice to have the option to have breakfast on the terrace.

There were a couple of minor things that could have been improved. it was inconvenient not to be given a key for the main door and having to ring the bell every time I wanted to enter.

Great value for money. The hotel is located close to all the main attractions of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff is really nice and attentive, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious - the perfect start to the day.
